Executive Officers   Biography
Leo Bailey
Assistant Public Relations Officer
The American College 1982 - 1984 and the New York Technical
College 1985 - 1987.  

Leo is an accomplished Financial Planner working with the New
York Life Insurance Company.  Leo Lives in Queens, New York
and in his leisure time he likes to read African literature.
Leo Bailey was born in the parish of Trelawny
in Jamaica, he attended STATHS from
1970-1974. After graduating from STATHS Leo
attended CAST (University of Technology)
where he graduated in 1977.  

Leo Migrated to the United States in 1980 and
attended the College of insurance 1980-1982,
